The Northeast Tarrant County Texas A&M University Mothers’ Club is one of more than one hundred Aggie Moms’ Clubs across the country.  We are organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes.

“We strive by individual and united effort to contribute in every way to the welfare of the students at Texas A&M University and to cooperate with the University in maintaining a high standard of moral conduct and intellectual attainment…” and we make new friends and have fun in the process!

Aggie Moms are proud of Texas A&M University, proud of the sons and daughters they send to Texas A&M, and proud of making a contribution to the education of their Aggies, to the future of Texas A&M University, and to the future of the Great State of Texas

A Letter from the President

Howdy! If you’ve attended one of our Aggie Moms meetings, then you’ve seen how welcoming the ladies are, the numerous outreach activities we do for the students, the education we receive about the university, social and networking opportunities and so much more. For these reasons, I’m thrilled to be serving as your President for 2023-2024 of the Northeast Tarrant County Aggie Mom’s Club.

The Federation, our parent organization, and each of the 110 individual Aggie Moms’ Club, share a common goal: To band together to do whatever is necessary to benefit the students at Texas A&M University.

Benefits of membership are:

  • Scholarships: We take great pride in our ability to raise funds for scholarships for Aggie students to lessen their financial burdens.
  • Goody Bags: One of our most popular programs are fall and spring goody bags delivered to our students by our own Aggie Moms.
  • Traditions: Receive education on the numerous Aggie traditions to increase Aggie spirit. “Some may boast of prowess bold; Of the school they think so grand; But there’s a spirit can ne’er be told; It’s the Spirit of Aggieland” (excerpt from The Spirit of Aggieland).
  • Networking Resources: Monthly member meetings and social events provides excellent opportunities to gain insights and connections.
  • Parent Support: Moms’ Club meetings are a nurturing place to share the successes and setbacks of a child’s college career with others who have had the same experiences.
  • Industry Experts: Attendance at monthly meetings provides access to experts in the industry from across Texas A&M University.
  • Financial Support: Over 1000 Student Organizations receive financial support each year from Aggie Moms’ Clubs.
  • Social Activities: Just some of our activities include monthly meetings, Ring of Honor lunches, Mom’s weekend, dinners, craft times…and more.

Mothers also benefit in the process by sharing a camaraderie that cannot be found elsewhere.

I’m classes of ‘98 and ‘01 in Food Science, have one Aggie engineering student ‘26, and several Aggie mentees. I have maroon blood and am a Texas native ready to serve as your President. If you have any comments or suggestions for our group, or need support, I want to hear from you.

Gig ‘Em!
